At CC by Mel, we want all customers to enjoy a smooth and satisfying food delivery experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when you may request a refund or cancellation.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Preparation: Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them, provided preparation has not started.

  • After Preparation: Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Restaurant Right to Cancel: We may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., item unavailability, kitchen issues, or delivery constraints). Customers will receive a full refund in such cases.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was not delivered due to our error.

  • Food delivered was unfit for consumption (e.g., spoiled or damaged).

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, no one available to receive order).

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors outside our control.

  • Delivery issues caused by third-party delivery companies (e.g., delays, handling errors, or rider service problems once the food has left our restaurant).


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • In certain cases, we may offer a credit voucher for future orders instead of a cash refund.
